On August 10, Carvalhais hosted the first eSports tournament organized by the Carvalhais Cultural and Social Sports Association.
A total of six participants took part in this first initiative related to “electronic sports”.
The competition was held through the famous game “FIFA 19” and the final of the tournament opposed the young Raúl Fernandes and João Borges. Raúl Fernandes won the tournament after winning the final by 4-1.

This initiative took place at the headquarters of the Associação Desportiva Social e Cultural de Carvalhais and was supported by the Carvalhais Town Council.
